空壓機的停用(yòng)在各個單位都常(chang)有發生。那麼在初(chu)次開機前🧑🏽🤝🧑🏻空壓機(ji)停放時間超過三(sān)個月或空壓機⭐停(ting)用時間超過三個(ge)月,再次開機前需(xu)要采取有效🛀措施(shi),bi須先請專業空壓(ya)機人員🛀🏻對機器進(jin)行保養檢測,制定(dìng)安🏒全措施,避免開(kāi)機後發生不良狀(zhuàng)況。

1、先檢查電路狀(zhuàng)态,是否正常供電(diàn),電壓是否穩定;測(cè)量電動機㊙️絕緣電(dian)阻,數值大于1MΩ。

2、檢查(chá)空壓機配件上是(shi)否含有積水,灰塵(chen),及時清理。

3、對進氣(qì)口,出氣口全面檢(jian)測,防止發生堵塞(sai)現象

5、更換三(sān)濾和潤滑油。因為(wéi)在長期不用的情(qing)況下,三濾,油❓可㊙️能(néng)✂️發生老化現象,從(cong)而造成空壓機開(kāi)機運行時❌間不長(zhang)即結膠積碳或堵(du)塞,油路不暢使空(kōng)壓機主機或其他(tā)零部件損壞。

6、專業(yè)人員試機,電路改(gǎi)造後人工控制加(jia)載卸載,先空載運(yùn)行10分🍓鐘以上,檢測(cè)各項指标和震動(dòng)、噪音等正常,再進(jin)行加載,查看各部(bù)件運行正常即可(kě)。
